All products marketed by Rotashopping.com, have the warranty period established by the manufacturer.
The guarantee will be invalidated in the following cases:
- Hitting and / or improper transportation
- Improper handling
- Normal wear of the product.
All repairs must be authorized by Rotashopping.com. The customer must request repair number by means of an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the problem presented by the product. Once the repair number has been received, you must pack the products correctly and send them to our address.
Transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
We return the product once repaired, freight paid if it is under warranty or, if you are outside the warranty.
The published prices are valid except for typographical error or end of the promotion. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
The shipping costs will be charged in those sales below € 60, for the rest there will be no postage.

From 60 € in advance, shipping costs will be free
