SHIPPING

We will not ship any products until the administration department confirms that payment has been made. Payment by credit card is immediate. At the time the carrier delivers the, or the packages and, the customer has signed the receipt document, the delivery will be considered as done.

All orders that we issue are insured, the customer must review the products at the reception, communicating the incident within 24 hours from the reception to the telephone 956 811 585 or by e-mail to info@rotashopping.com. In case of visible external damages, indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier.

All deliveries will be made at the registered address of the client, except for absence or due to their weight, volume or nature of the property, do not allow a person to deliver, in which case, it will be done at the front door or at the delegation of destiny

RETURNS

Rotashopping.com will not accept returns after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the event of a return within this period, the customer will bear the direct costs of the return. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The original packaging must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes is prohibited.

All returns must be authorized by Rotashopping.com. To do this, the customer must request by email to info@rotashopping.com an authorization number of the return, indicating the reason for the return and the invoice number. Once the customer has received the return number we will get the products to our address.
